The impact of COVID is the development of digital connectivity trends that will affect the growth of the Information Technology market in the near future.

ICT is critical in the social fabric, especially during the global COVID-19 pandemic. Amid this turmoil, ICTs have played an essential role in facilitating safe assistance and treatment of affected populations. ICTs have also been shown to be crucial for strengthening long-term resilience to future pandemics and resolving secondary challenges in social distancing environments. In these challenging times, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has emerged as the primary means of solving the challenges posed by the pandemic and responding to new daily realities.
